The quest required every facet of my varied past experience. From a Masters in Computer Science and A.I, creating a methodology to design measurement systems that provided a roadmap to meet even the most nebulous of goals, years of studying employees around the globe for engagement and productivity while leading worldwide workplace experience at HP, and 100’s of hours of coaching leaders from Fortune 50 to high-growth start-ups. Data-modeling revealed 74 attributes that led to an optimized human and, eventually, the insights led us to a blue-print for human energy. Human energy has long been known to be the key to professional and personal success, but it had not been able to be measured in this way before. For me, this discovery made what I do more than a mission; it made it a responsibility. It laid the foundation for MEvolution: a scalable, science-based personal growth system that measures and systematically increases human capacity by teaching people how to manage, direct, and optimize their personal energy. Our goal is simple: to energize the world, one soul at a time. As everyone deserves to live life at full capacity. Thanks to the technology and speed at which we can understand an individual's blockers to success, and provide the exact brain-and-behavior training they need, participants experience meaningful change.
