WLDA Board Member Search

Women Leaders in Data and AI (WLDA) founding board members Michael Kingston and Scott Mordell have announced their board retirement effective December 1, 2022. WLDA was formed through their leadership in 2020 with the mission to build senior leaders in Tech, Data, and AI dedicated to equity & parity with a focus on gender representation in member organizations to be at least 50% by 2030. 

Today, WLDA has more than 100 members, with more joining daily to be part of this distinct organization.

“The WLDA Board and I want to thank Michael and Scott for leading WLDA to extraordinary growth and meaningful diversity impact,” WLDA CEO and Board chair Asha Saxena said.

With this announcement, the board will embark on a search for new board members.

The purpose of the Advisory Board shall be to assist and advise WLDA on member and partnership issues of strategic importance and provide support and guidance for the achievement of the WLDA’s mission statement. The Board meets to discuss key service offerings, recruitment and member experience issues and opportunities and makes recommendations to the WLDA’s executive team.
