The Talent and Leadership Development Council(TLDC) comprises of Women Leaders in Data and AI(WLDA) members, serving in C-Suite roles at Fortune 1000 companies.

These are senior-most Information Technology and Human Resource executives inspiring innovation and change at their organizations and accelerating the progress of technology as an operational edge and a competitive advantage.

This vision is achieved by effectively recruiting, positioning, developing and empowering WLDA members in their enterprises.

THE MISSION OF TLDC

The Talent and Leadership Development Council’s mission is to
plan, design, implement and execute corporate programs designed to facilitate, enhance and enrich the employee lifecycle –
From recruiting through acquisition, empowerment, development and retention for managers and technologists in the age of Data and Artificial Intelligence – All while focusing on diversity, equality and inclusivity with scalable impact – through WLDA resources. We believe that Talent plus Diversity, Equity and Inclusion drive Innovation.

Who We Are

WLDA is a global leadership organization created out of the passion for data, analytics and artificial intelligence of its founder, Asha Saxena, and her desire to see more women in these critical fields.

Since its creation, WLDA has been a place to build authentic connections and lifelong relationships that bring members learning, success, and a direction in which to pay it forward.

TLDC is chaired by Mark Polansky who brings more than thirty years of experience in talent acquisition and community leadership as a co-founder, managing director and senior partner in the Technology & Digital Officers executive search practice at Korn Ferry – the world’s largest and most recognized human capital services and consulting firm.
