Susannah Greenberg, CIO
L’Oréal
Susannah Greenberg is the Chief Information Officer at L’Oréal for the Americas. She serves on the L’Oréal USA Management Committee, Global IT Management Committee, and is the executive sponsor for L’Oréal’s internal community group, Women in Tech. In her role, Susannah drives the growth, development, and transformation of L’Oréal’s Beauty Tech ambition. She is focused on strengthening consumer experiences by advancing personalized, virtual services, implementing market-leading e-commerce capabilities and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies while fostering greater accessibility of L’Oréal’s digital channels.
Before being named Americas CIO in May 2022, Susannah held roles in IT Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence, and led the Americas Digital IT and Data team at L’Oréal. Prior to joining L’Oréal in 2008, Susannah oversaw technology architecture, application development and production support of credit trading at CitiGroup.
Susannah earned a Master of Computer Science from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stern College. She serves on the Board of Directors of SalonInteractive. In 2023, Susannah was named CIO of the Year by Consumer Goods Technology.
Asha Saxena, Founder & CEO
WLDA
Asha Saxena is the founder and CEO of WLDA, Board Advisor and an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. She is a strategic, innovative leader with a proven track record of building successful tech businesses for the last 25 years. With a strong academic background, creative problem-solving skills, and an effective management style. She has been instrumental in building business models for success.
Asha Saxena has her Masters in Data Science and Machine Learning from Southern Methodist University, Texas and her undergraduate degree as a computer science engineer from Bangalore University in India. She has attended management programs at MIT and London Business School. In the area of operational excellence, she is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt professional. She started her professional career in a New York-based IT firm and has enjoyed challenging, diverse assignments in the financial services industry.

Danielle Maurici-Arnone is Global Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Combe International, a personal care company, where she is leading digital transformation for the enterprise.
Danielle has served in global technology leadership roles for more than 20 years and is an industry leader in business and technology transformation.
Prior to Combe, she was Chief Information Officer for North America at Reckitt, a consumer products company where sat on the Global Council for Diversity and Inclusion.
Before joining Reckitt, she was CIO for the Estee Lauder Brand and led retail technology initiatives for the brand portfolio.
In addition to her enterprise leadership experience, she has founded and held leadership roles in data driven technology start-ups.
She serves on a variety of industry boards and holds a MS degree in Public Policy from Rutgers University and a MS degree in Information Systems Steven Institute of Technology.
Rogayeh Tabrizi, Ph.D.
Rogayeh Tabrizi is the Founder and CEO of Theory+Practice, a data product company enabling enterprises to put their data to work.
Rogayeh Tabrizi is a tech leader helping Fortune 500 companies connect with their customers to create delight and value.
Rogayeh studied her Master’s in Experimental Particle Physics and worked on the ATLAS Detector at CERN. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics, focusing on social and economic networks and game theory as a more effective way to engender positive change in the world.
Rogayeh saw the need for large enterprises to understand their data to connect with their customers as individuals and do so meaningfully. She founded Theory+Practice, a data product company enabling enterprises to put their data to work.
Theory+Practice’s unique approach pairs behavioral economics with state-of-the-art AI technologies to help businesses to understand their customers and build business strategies that drive results.
Rogayeh is Director of Advancing Women’s Leadership at the International Women’s Forum Canada, and a Director at AInBC.
Rogayeh is an AI thought-leader and is currently writing a strategic AI book with Wiley publishers. Rogayeh was recently recognized as AI Leader of the Year by WLDA.

Her career emphasis over the last 20 years is application development, holistic data management, data governance, next-generation analytics, AI/ML innovation and cloud. She is a Partner in KPMG Lighthouse, within the Data Management & Engineering practice focused on the KPMG Modern Data Platform, Sales Engineering, positioning data & analytics services with clients, and expanding data-related alliances. Prior to KPMG, Danielle served as the Regional Data Officer (CDO) for Nissan North America overseeing data & analytics, enterprise architecture and cloud modernization.
Yash Sheth, Co-founder & COO

Yash is the Co-founder & COO of Galileo, a Generative AI Trust & Safety platform focused on Evaluation & Observability of GenAI systems.
In the past, Yash led machine learning teams working on Speech Recognition & Language Modeling at Google powering the AI behind 20+ conversational products at Google including the Google Assistant, YouTube and Contact Center AI and more.
Yash is passionate about accelerating the development and adoption of Large Language Models through impactful research-powered algorithms and tools.
With several years of Language Model research baked into their platform, Yash’s teams at Galileo are helping enterprise GenAI teams accelerate the development and productionization of Trustworthy GenAI Applications.
