Women Leaders in Data and AI (WLDA) is a private, vetted organization of senior executive women leaders in Data and AI and their allies from Fortune 1000 companies focused on providing a community for women leaders and their male allies to share best practices and support each other in their professional & personal growth.

It was founded by Asha Saxena in 2020 because of her passion for data and AI, and her desire to see more women in the field. WLDA brings women leaders and male allies together to create an impactful future.
