How Can I Reserve a Table for the Event?

If you’d like to reserve a table for a group Visit the Registration Page

  1. Choose Your Table Type
    • Sponsor VIP Tables: Reserved seating in prime location. 
  2. Provide Details
    • Fill in your personal information, the number of people in your party, and any special requests. 
  3. Complete Payment
    • Enter your payment information to finalize your table reservation. We accept credit cards with a fee, and other listed payment methods. We can also send and invoice and provide a bank transfer. 
  4. Confirmation
    • Once your reservation is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your table. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email.

Do I Need a Separate Ticket for Each Individual Event?

Yes, a separate ticket is required for each individual event within the main event program unless you have purchased a ticket that covers both events. Below are the details: 

  1. General Admission Ticket to either the WLDA Summit or WLDA Awards Gala:
    • Includes 1 seat at the event registered for 
  2. VIP Group WLDA Gala Table Sponsor
    • Includes premium seating and marketing opportunities.  
  3. WLDA Summit and Awards Gala Ticket:
    • If you plan to attend both the Summit and Gala events, you may purchase a ticket that grants access to both events at a discounted bundle rate. Review the ticket options on the ticket page

Are There Any Deadlines I Need to Know About Before the Event?

Yes, please keep the following deadlines in mind to ensure a smooth experience: 

  1. Ticket Purchase Deadline:
    • Date: November 1, 2024 
    • Be sure to purchase your tickets before this date to secure your spot.  
    • Hotel Group Rate Booking Deadline:
    • Date: October 13, 2024] 
    • If you plan to stay at one of our partner hotels, you must book your room by this date to receive the discounted group rate. 
  2. Table Reservation Deadline:
    • Date: November 1, 2024 
    • If you are reserving a table for a group,the final date to reserve is November 1, 2024. Tables are limited, so we recommend booking early. 
  3. Vendor/Sponsor Application Deadline:
    • Date: November 1, 2024 
    • For those interested in becoming a vendor or sponsor, all applications must be submitted by this date. 

What is the Event’s Refund Policy?

Our event has a non-refundable ticket policy. Please review the following details carefully: 

  1. No Refunds:
    • All ticket purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase. 
  2. Ticket Transfers:
    • If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at [email/contact info] no later than November 1, 2024 to initiate the transfer process. 
  3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
    • In the unlikely event that the organizers need to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified, and options for rescheduling or receiving a credit for a future event will be provided. However, no refunds will be issued.
