Kevin Jones is the CEO of Adams Outdoor Advertising, the fourth-largest out-of-home media operator in the United States and the largest privately held company in the industry. Renowned for its award-winning campaigns, audience-based multimedia expertise, and client-first approach, Adams boldly proclaims its mission to reinvent the outdoor medium—demonstrating its relevance and power beyond conventional imagination. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Kevin has consistently driven business transformations across industries. His leadership at Adams focuses on enriching the company’s esteemed culture, fostering growth, and embracing innovative technologies to deliver substantial value to both clients and the Adams team. Prior to joining Adams, Kevin held the position of CEO at software company Calabrio, where he accelerated revenue growth from 6% to 14% in just one year. He also led cloud computing firm Rackspace Technology, overseeing the company's expansion from $2 billion to $3 billion in annual revenue through effective scaling of their public cloud business, introduction of new products, and global expansion. Kevin has held prominent global leadership positions at DXC Technology, Electronic Data Systems, Dell, Hewlett Packard, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Additionally, he served as CEO of MV Transportation, overseeing a $1.5 billion company with 20,000 employees. During his tenure at DXC and HPE, Kevin transformed the Americas into the most profitable region for both companies. Prior to joining DXC and HPE, he served as Chief Customer and Sales Officer for Dell Services, where he achieved an 11% revenue increase, boosted profitability by 1,200 basis points (12%), and raised customer satisfaction by 51 points. During his 21-year tenure at Hewlett Packard and Electronic Data Systems, Kevin held executive roles across the US, Europe, and Asia. As Senior Vice President of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services for Asia Pacific and Japan, he achieved a 25% increase in profitability and restored the business to revenue growth. At Electronic Data Systems, as Vice President for UK Government, Kevin successfully retained the company's most profitable customer and secured $4.5 billion in new business. Kevin earned a BBA from James Madison University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He is married with two sons and enjoys participating in triathlons, tennis, and golf.
